In conjunction with Sister Germaine’s visit to Sabah for the ground breaking ceremony for the new Secondary School building, EFA held a dinner in her honour at XO Steakhouse on the 26th September 2002. Among the guests present were the Chairman of the Board of Management, Mr. John Paujik and Chairman of the Secondary School PTA, Mr. Simon Lim.

Mother Cecelia was also present as were many exfranciscans including PP Bridget Yong-Stephens, IPP Ms Mary Gomez and then President of EFA Ms Maureen Lind. Sister Germaine addressed the party and said that she was indeed happy to be there.
